Smita has extensive experience in IT outsourcing industry, managing human resource function in multiple IT organizations across India. With her graduation in Science and Masters in personnel management from University of Pune, she started her career with a renowned consultancy into IT recruitment arena and later she moved into HR generalist functions including Policy formations, implementation of strategies programs across global sites, employer branding, employee engagement and retention al ong with mastering performance management system in IT companies she worked with. During her career she has worked for variety of technology companies like RSB group of companies, iVitesse technologies, iQuest Consultants, eyeglobal consultants and Caarma Infotech - Bramasol Inc. USA.

Sachin has decade plus experience in IT outsourcing industry, delivering enterprise-level solutions in numerous market segments, as well as managing product and services teams across multiple domestic and global sites. With his graduation in production engineering and masters in marketing management from University of Pune, he started his career with challenging roles in business development and brand management. And later he moved into IT services and has worked for variety of technology companies like L&T Infotech, iGATE Global Solutions, QuickHeal Technologies, and Mastek. His extensive experience includes Business and IT consulting, product management, product development and business development in the IT security, financial services and Insurance industry worldwide.
